The callout for artists to take part in this year’s Rugby Festival of Culture has gone out. Rugby First together with Rugby Borough Council, local venues and performers, are now planning the tenth anniversary programme. Businesses who would like to host an event are welcome to complete the online form from Rugby First’s website before the closing date of Friday 28 February.
