For more than twenty years, the
Hunt family have run Rugby’s only independent bookshop. For what looks like a
small shop, every inch is a delight for bibliophiles with a huge range of
fiction and non-fiction books. The ground floor
has general titles along with classics, specialist sections such as transport
to a good selection of history and military books. Children have their own
section which includes curriculum texts as well as games. Chris can also order
books for you and delivery within the Rugby area is free.

The Nest was founded in 2015, as a shop that would provide a marketplace for small, local, handmade and craft businesses to sell their items on the high street. You can always find a great gift here, from vintage, homeware, crafts and jewellery to something fun to brighten up your home. Vicki also stocks Frenchie chalk paint and small pieces of furniture and ensures that they operate as a zero waste and plastic free retailer. Vicki is also planning to move to larger premises to be able to accommodate craft workshops.
